Not only will you have access to Deepbloo tenders and business opportunities but you will also be able to create your own opportunities and manage them well with your colleagues
All the private opportunities created by you will be confidential within your organization. It's possible to establish your own opportunities in two ways: (1) Create a private new tender: name the title, select or create an account and contacts and attach tender documents. (2) Duplicate and edit an existing opportunity of Deepbloo platform then make it private for your organization. For each private opportunity, it is possible to select an existing contact or create a new one for further management. Each created opportunity will be automatically integrated into "My Organization Data" and assigned to the creator by default.
Better opportunity management with 3 simple ways: (1) set up validation rules for your offer; (2) manage your GO/ NO GO; (3) manage the full process of tender management: commercial conditions, risk assessment, offer submission, win / Loss analysis. The status of each opportunity will be automatically updated along the process. It would be convenient to follow your organization's pipeline by status, owner, to track the records of each opportunity and to get email notifications whenever there is an update on the validation process.
With the CRM view, opportunities can be grouped by "Ownerships", then can be managed by team members. After an opportunity is added, an action list could be created to assign different actions that will be conducted by your colleagues.
